The 4ChangeProject fashioned the not-for profit (501c3) to engage and deliver a variety of services to address our Nations concern surrounding challenges associated with the opiate crisis, parenting, anger management, domestic violence as well as the misuse and abuse of substances.

Karen has extensive experience within the field of addiction.

Mission

The Mission of the 4ChangeProject is to provide a pathway to recovery, to reduce the negative impact on wellness due to lack of education, poor health, social, and economic consequences which often results from the use of alcohol and other drugs. We utilize evidenced practices, effective intervention and treatment strategies, The 4ChangeProjects focus is to reduce challenges related to these issues and more.

 

 


 

About Minister Karen Louise Wright

Min. Karen has always had a “Heart for the people” and has had a special prophetic gift since she was a young girl growing up in the projects of Harlem New York.  At an early age she could see to hear and hear to see, at that time with little understanding.  She had numerous spiritual visitations, and at times profound knowing not understanding the seer gift the Lord had blessed her with.

Min. Karen life’s work has been within institutions with those who struggle with Substance Abuse and Mental Health challenges.  Having gained the victory, herself early in life – the Lord empowered her to work side by side with those determined to live a victorious life.  Karen has been an administrator for over 25 years leading many treatment programs in New York, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Min. Karen trained correction officers at Tutwiller Maximum Security Women’s Prison in Alabama, led recovery groups at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women, Program Director at Stay-N-Out at Bayview Correctional Facility in New York City, Clinical Director at Cornerstone of Medical Arts in Mid-town Manhattan for over ten years, led St. Lukes Hospital DWI programs and others.  Min. Karen is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate and Licensed Clinical Supervisor in South Carolina and North Carolina.  She earned her Master of Science and Family Systems in 2015 from NCCU, North Carolina Central University with honors. She developed and led the first Celebrate Recovery Program in North Carolina in 2014 and worked regionally with other Celebrate Recovery leaders.

In 2013, God brought Min. Karen and Chiefest Apostle Diana Wright, “Mother Rebekah!” of El-Bethel Outreach Ministries together during a Homegoing Service in North Carolina. Over the next ten years, Min. Karen served under the tutelage and powerful leadership of Chiefest Apostle Diana Wright “Mother Rebekah!” and Sr. Pastor Quincy Wright at El Bethel Outreach Ministries.

Min. Karen was ordained as a Levitical Prophet on August 22nd, 2021, during a spirit led service at El - Bethel Outreach Ministries with Chiefest Apostle Diana Wright “Mother Rebekah!” and Sr. Pastor Quincy Wright.

GOD gave Min. Karen a new charge January 2024:  KLWright Outreach Ministries Intl. She is also CEO and Founder of the 4Change Project a 501c3 whose mission is to provide services to pregnant women and their families, anger management and substance abuse services. Min. Karen’s spiritual, professional, emotional, and heartfelt gifts are all aligned to be of service to GOD all the days of her life.  God blessed Min. Karen with two children who love God and have begun to work alongside her with Kingdom Assignments.
